returns from Iraq war duty

Nicole and Jeromy Turner kissed at Pearl Harbor after the guided-missile cruiser USS Chosin returned from its seven-month deployment in the Western Pacific. Nicole Turner held 10-day-old Emma, who her husband first saw yesterday.

Sailors lining the rail aboard the Chosin appeared elated upon returning to their home port after duty that included support for Operation Iraqi Freedom and the war on terrorism. More than 350 officers and sailors are assigned to the warship.
