He is survived by companion Katsue Watters; daughters Roberta Alcover and Pamela Roberts; hanai daughters Stephanie Alatan and Lori Jackson; mother Remedios Davin; brothers James, Wilfred and Clarence Alcover and Ronald Davin; sisters Marilyn Langsi, Gwendolyn Alvarado and Charlene Santiago; and nine grandchildren. He was also a former island representative for U.S. Sen. Daniel Akaka. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Elsie S., sons Frederick E. "Fred" and Laurence E. Mildred E. Draddy, 73, of Kula, Maui, died Oct. 21, 2003, at home. She was born in Baltimore. Virginia Rebecca "Kana" Felix, 53, of Honolulu, a Securitas security officer, died Oct. 17, 2003, in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. Jeremy Hawkins Petterson, 55, of Kauai, producer of the "Ako Ay Pilipino" show for public access television on Kauai, died Oct. 16, 2003. He was born in Cape Town, Republic of South Africa.
