Promoter Jack Utsick has canceled Leann Rimes' Nov. 1 concert at the Blaisdell Arena.

His office gave no reason for the cancellation, but with the concert falling on the busy Halloween weekend and Rimes barely in the spotlight these days, it seems there isn't enough interest in the singer to make a concert worthwhile.
Refunds are being handled in two ways: at the Blaisdell box office for those who purchased tickets there (phone 591-2211); or through Ticketmaster (877-750-4400) for online and phone purchases.
