The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas are open. As a new hotel partner of Pleasant Holidays, the Starwood property is offering special introductory rates to Pleasant Holiday guests who travel now through Dec. 26, 2003.The newest luxury resort on Maui comprises villas with fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, whirlpool tub, DVD and stereo player.

Big 'Cat' at Ko Olina
Ko Olina Resort & Marina has a new "toy" for visitors. The Ko Olina Cat, a 53-foot sailing catamaran, is available for snorkel, sail and sunset cruises.The Ko Olina Cat offers such on-board amenities as fresh-water showers, two restrooms, table and lounging space inside and out, a bar and waterproof containers to keep passengers' belongings safe and dry.
The Cat can accommodate up to 49 people, with the following sail options:
>> Morning dolphin snorkel sail: Snorkeling and swimming excursion (with dolphins at captain's discretion), including beverages, continental breakfast and two complimentary alcohol drinks for adults. Runs 9 a.m. to noon. Cost: $78 per adult and $63 per child 4 to 11.The 'Cat' also is available for private charters, and local tourism-industry workers can enjoy Sunset Happy Hour for $30.>> Afternoon dolphin snorkel sail: Snorkeling and swimming excursion includes beverages, lunch and two complimentary alcohol drinks for adults.
