At the Taste of China exhibit at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall on Saturday, members of the Chinese Physical Culture Association performed a traditional jong dance, in which the lion jumps on elevated poles. At the front is Kevin Ching and behind is Stephen Lee. The event, which also featured culinary demonstrations, a mini fashion show and martial arts demonstrations, was presented by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
