Robert H. "Bob" Burke, 81, of Kihei, Maui, died Sept. 26, 2003, in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Dennis Mark Everton, 55, of Mesa, Ariz., a physician and U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, died Sept. 27, 2003.
