Hundreds of folks turned out yesterday for a luau at Iolani Palace to commemorate Queen Liliuokalani's 165th birthday. Elia Long, director emeritus, was given a Lifetime Achievement Award. Here he cheered on music trio Puamana as they played a song for him.
