Starting young at yoga

Three Paths Fitness is introducing two new classes Oct. 1: "Rejuvenate" and "Mommy and Baby Yoga."

"Rejuvenate" focuses on breathing techniques, building lower back and abdominal muscles, and increasing hip flexibility. It is recommended for prenatal moms who want to prepare their bodies for delivery, as well as post-natal mommies who want to rebuild muscles and facilitate healing.

"Mommy and Baby Yoga" is for moms and infants from newborn to a year old. Poses and stretches involve the infants, who are stimulated by the movements and music.
