"Duplex" >> Drew Barrymore and Ben Stiller star as a recently married New York City couple that finds their dream home in a converted duplex has one flaw: An elderly woman (Eileen Essell) who won't leave her rent-controlled apartment. They'll never get to buy it until she leaves -- so they decide to kill her. Directed by Danny DeVito. (PG-13)

"The Rundown" >> The Rock plays a bounty hunter who hates guns and really wants to retire to open a restaurant. For his last job, he heads to an Amazon outpost (played by Oahu) to pick up the renegade son (Seann William Scott) of an underworld kingpin, who's searching for a valuable artifact. Despite their hostility (and the love for the same woman, played by Rosario Dawson), the two join forces to fight the evil head (Christopher Walken) of a gold-mining corporation who's after the same treasure. (PG-13)
"Under the Tuscan Sun" >> Diane Lane stars in this romantic comedy about a San Francisco writer whose recent divorce leaves her depressed and with writer's block. She decides to make a clean break and go to Italy, where she buys a derelict villa in the Tuscan countryside. She rebuilds and redecorates, finds fulfillment, then love with a hunky antiques dealer (Raoul Bova).
