Hazel Kaneakamakaeealani Kahookele "Aunty Hazel" Aragon, 80, of Kailua, died Sept. 6, 2003, in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Hana, Maui. She is survived by sons Joseph A. Jr., Thomas D. and John I.; daughter Mary Ann K. Leite; brothers Herbert, William and James Kahookele; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Bertha Ho Baptiste, 94, of Hilo, a teacher at Pahoa, Olaa and Riverside Elementary, died Sept. 8, 2003, in California. She was born in Honolulu. Nobuko Bouslog, 85, of Manoa, a retired University of Hawaii at Manoa mathematics instructor and a teacher of English as a second language for senior citizens, died Sept. 1, 2003. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Christopher, daughter Ann, sister Taeko Suzuki and two grandchildren. Visitation: 2-5 p.m. Sept. 28 at the family home. No flowers. Alice Seu Chong, 95, of Honolulu, a retired registered nurse, died Aug. 25, 2003, in Oahu Care Facility. She was born in Honolulu. Jyun Hirota, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Aloha Stadium Events manager and former professional baseball player for the Tokyo Giants, died Sept. 10, 2003, in Beverly Manor Nursing Home. Edward Wah Yip "Eddie" Pang, 90, of Honolulu, a retired Wing Sing Corp. owner, died Sept. 10, 2003. He was born in Chung Shan, China. He is survived by wife Ruth C.; sons Wilfred and Randall; daughters Phyllis Fernandes, Rebecca Tamanaha and Muriel Rasmussen; brothers Yung Poon and Kam Cheung Pang; and six grandchildren.
