Victoriano De Guzman Carinio Sr., 57, of Waipahu, a Honolulu Community Action Program employee at Plantation Museum in Waipahu, died Aug. 12, 2003, at home. Eutiquio Acosta "Equiong" Gasilos, 91, of Honolulu, a retired stevedore for Hawaii Stevedores, died Aug. 14, 2003, at home. He was born in Papayad, Candon, Ilocos Sur, the Philippines.
