>> Sascha Alexander directed, filmed and edited all the "Soulmates" videos. In a Page D1 story on Tuesday, he was misidentified as Phillip Marcus.

>> U.S. Rep. Neil Abercrombie was absent when the House of Representatives voted 357-66 on Oct. 24, 2001, to approve the USA Patriot Act. An editorial on Page A12 on Wednesday said incorrectly that he voted against passage.

>> Matthew Jachowski, of Maui, will join other students at Lucent Technologies' fifth annual global Science Scholars Summit in New Jersey. His photograph is shown here. A photo of his brother, Nicholas, was incorrectly published with a "Taking Notice" item Thursday on Page A2 about Matthew.

>> Nineteen-year-old Micah M.N.H. McGee died Sunday at the Queen's Medical Center from injuries suffered Saturday in an accident at Malaekahana. A Page A4 story in Tuesday's early edition incorrectly reported that he died Monday.
