Mitch Kahle marks a chalk outline around his wife, Holly Huber, on the driveway fronting Honolulu Hale yesterday afternoon. Kahle, Huber and about 10 others wrote chalk messages to protest the arrest last week of two members of the anti-war group Not in Our Name-Hawaii. Police arrested a 27-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl for writing chalk messages on a downtown sidewalk last Wednesday. The man was charged with criminal property damage, but city prosecutors dismissed the charge yesterday. The girl was not charged.
