Juan Sablan Borja Sr., 85, of Kaneohe, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Supply Center systems analyst, died July 26, 2003, in Kaneohe. He was born in Agat, Guam. He is survived by sons Juan "Sonny" Jr. and Wayne, sisters Maria D. Borja and Antonia Duenas, godson Anthony Apuron, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private services.

Elaine Carole Burton, 58, of Honolulu, a Honolulu Police Department forensics investigator, died July 25, 2003. She was born in Cleveland. She is survived by brother Dr. Daniel Burton. Services: 1 p.m. next Saturday at Diamond Head Mortuary.

James Lee Collier, 62, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, a retired self-employed carpenter and a U.S. Air Force veteran, died Aug. 5, 2003, at home. He was born in Aberdeen, Wash. He is survived by wife Mary M. and sister Karen Luppold. Private services.

James Elzeor "Jim" Darroch, 70, of Aiea, a mechanic for the federal government, died Aug. 4, 2003, at home. He was born in Grayling, Mich. Cecilia Porfiria Deguzman, 79, of San Francisco, died July 25, 2003, in Honolulu. She was born in Tulsa, Okla. She is survived by hanai daughter Maggie Perofeta, hanai son the Rev.
