FEEL GOOD ISLAND MUSIC: Bobo, left, Christian Yrizzary and Sani got the party started as KCCN/FM 100 and the Whodunnits celebrated the success of Pati's second album, "Think of Me," with a six-hour concert at the Beach House on Friday. The album, which shares insights into Pati's sense of self and family, has been a hit since it was released two months ago. Yrizzary and his guys expect to have an album out soon.

DJ SCOTTIE SCORES!: Yasmine Wycoco, top, and Mel Cambra congratulated DJ Scottie Soul during the CD release party for his new album, "Tokyo 606," at the Wave Waikiki on Tuesday. As of midnight it was also Matty Boy's birthday, but classy Matty didn't look a year older.

A LATE-NIGHT BEST BET: The International Players served up a unique blend of progressive music during their weekly one-nighter at the Pipeline Cafe. The all-star quartet -- guitarist Binghi T, left, drummer Chief Ragga, percussionist Laka and bassist Isis -- takes the stage in the new lounge at midnight Saturday and plays to 3:30 a.m. They held the crowd till closing last time, and will return at midnight this Saturday.
