A NEW "FENG SHUI"

art
Tom Caprio enjoyed the new vibe of "Feng Shui" with Young Sil Yang, left, Lisa Padilla, Jessica Leung and Sylvia Zhuang at Ciao Mein in the Hyatt Regency Waikiki on Saturday. Justin Yoshino, who created "Feng Shui" as a Partymasters event, gave the already successful party a new edge by making it a three-way promotion with 2Tight Productions and Architechs.

A BEAUTIFUL PARTY

art
Tabitha Kam, left, and Chun Hui Chen arrived early enough to beat the crowd and enjoy the decor. Ciao Mein and the pool area were comfortably full by 11:30 when the cover increased to $15, and the crowd kept growing until well past 1 a.m. Kimo Kahoano was there for a while.

CLUB GUYS CHECK IT OUT

art
Local club scene innovators G-Spot, front, Eric Mack and Goldenchild were joined by Robyne Javillo, left, and Erin Yano as they congregated around a decorative metal statue in the restaurant. No one knew for sure if the "animal" was a dog or a lion -- the answer turned out to be a "kiren" (a imaginary species).
