The reigning Mrs. America will help present more than $3 million in diamonds, rubies, sapphires and pearls at Macy's Ala Moana on Sunday.
The Le Vian sale and exposition, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., will feature an assortment of pieces, including the Deco Estate and Le Vian watch collections and a variety of designs by Le Vian jewelers.
The display also includes tanzanite designs -- loose and singly set stones ranging up to a 52-carat oval. Pieces will be available for purchase and informally modeled by Mrs. America, Kristi Phillips. Jewelry designer Eddie Le Vian also will be present.
Among featured items:
Le Vian Couture: Red, black, pink, blue, yellow and chocolate-colored diamonds paired with other precious stones in couture designs.
Arusha Tanzanite: The cobalt-to-periwinkle stone is paired with briolette-, marquise-, pear-, round- and emerald-cut stones set in platinum and 14- and 18-karat gold.
Watches: Swiss-made works have faces of sapphire crystal and straps of exotic skins.
The event is free. Call 945-5894.
