Adelaida "Ida" Alahina Cho, 74, of Honaunau, Hawaii, a retired Kona Community Hospital housekeeping supervisor, died June 21 in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Lahaina. She is survived by son Joe K., daughters Elizabeth Cho and Lorraine Sniffen, seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Makoto Fujisaki, 90, of Honolulu, a retired amusement repairman, died June 13 at home. He was born in Punaluu, Hawaii. He is survived by caregiver and nephew Larry T. Taone. Private services.

Olivia Leilani Hoopiiaina, 65, of Waimanalo, a Palama Settlement groundskeeper, died Tuesday in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Harvey; sons Raymond Kalilikane and Edward and Solomon Hoopiiaina; daughter Harvelynn; brothers Samuel, Rodney, Edward and Peter Kalilikane; sisters Hannah Nakea, Mary Ellen Frink, Winona Salcedo and Ruth Lain; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Rowena Mele "Kapule" Kali, 65, of Ewa Beach, formerly of Kalia, died June 14 in St. Francis-West Medical Center. She is survived by sons John Lott and Albert Kali; daughters Rebecca, Christina and Annette Kali and Rowena Kaulia; sisters Ellen M. Muth and Elvera Kaiu; and seven grandchildren. Violet Hee Lum, 96, of Honolulu, died June 16 in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Richard M.C., Charles T.C. and Frederick Y.C.; daughters Dorothea W.S. Lum-Lee, Theresa W.T. Lum-Leong and Gladys W.H. Lum-Monroe; brother David Ah Fo Hee; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Services: 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Borthwick Mortuary. John Keoni Keanu Wailani Jr., 74, of Oregon City, Ore., formerly of Milolii, Hawaii, and Hilo, a retired fisherman and musician, died Jan. 27 in Oregon. He was born in Pahala, Hawaii.
