Promotions

>> Outrigger Hotels & Resorts has promoted Charlene Goo to vice president of operations for the Pacific Region. She will be based in Guam. Goo replaces Cliff Olson, who has transferred to Outrigger's Australia Division as vice president of operations for Australia. Goo was most recently hotel manager of the Outrigger Guam Resort. She will now oversee the Outrigger Guam Resort, Ohana Bayview Guam, Ohana Oceanview Guam and the Outrigger Marshall Islands Resort.

>> Angela Miranda has been promoted to director of catering and convention services for Princeville Resort on Kauai. She has been at Princeville since 1994, most recently as manager of catering sales. In her new position, she will oversee wedding services, conference and banquet operations for the 252-room hotel.

>> Marc Hirai has been named Territorial Savings Bank's McCully branch manager. He will focus his attention on the lending side of the business. Hirai was previously a branch operations manager at the bank's Kapahulu branch. He joined the company in October 2002. 

>> ADWorks Inc. has promoted LeeAnn Isobe to vice president and Bliss Kiyabu to account executive on its Aston Hawaii account. Isobe has been with ADWorks for 11 years. In addition, Brandon Suyeoka recently joined ADWorks as assistant account executive and Paula Murakami recently re-joined the company following a maternity leave as a senior media planner. Janet Hibbard retired after 25 years with the company. She was senior vice president and supervisor of the Aston Hawaii account.
