>> Benny Agbayani went on the disabled list last week with a pulled left oblique muscle. Agbayani put together a seven-game hit streak, hitting .440 in the span, before going down.
>> Tyler Yates has not given up a run in two starts for Binghamton. After starting his career as a closer, Yates hit 96 on the radar gun on his 86th pitch of his latest start. Binghamton manager John Stearns says he thinks Yates should not return to the bullpen.
"If you've got a guy like him who throws 95-96 and has four pitches, you've got a guy who can start in the big leagues," Stearns told the Binghamton Press and Sun-Bulletin. "I'm not going to recommend sending him back to the bullpen."
