[ HAWAII'S KITCHEN ]Hearts of palm,lobster blend
 This dish was prepared by Noah Bekofsky of the Kapalua Bay Hotel on "Hawaii's Kitchen" Sunday. The show airs at 5:30 p.m. on KHON/Fox.
 
 Lobster  and Hearts of Palm Salad1- to 1-1/2 pound lobster, cooked, shelled1/2 head radicchio, shredded
 1/2 cup EACH sliced hearts of palm, corn shoots, pea shoots and sliced tomatoes
 1 tablespoon chopped herbs
 >> Vinaigrette:
 2 tablespoons miso
 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
 1 cup chopped shallots
 3/4 cup sherry vinegar
 Juice of 1/2 lime
 1 tablespoon chopped herbs
 1 teaspoon honey
 1 cup canola oil
 Salt and pepper, to taste
 
To make vinaigrette: Whisk together all ingredients except oil, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in oil; season with salt and pepper. 
Combine lobster and vegetables. Lightly drizzle with vinaigrette.
