Glen Grant, 56, of Honolulu, a University of Hawaii at Manoa professor and Tokai International University vice chancellor, died Thursday in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Culver City, Calif. He also was an owner of a bookstore and coffee shop called Haunt. He is survived by brother Phillip and sister Pamela.
