Fire and ice creamequal elegance
 
These dishes were prepared by Ben Wong and Rodney Uyehara of the Bistro at Century Center on "Hawaii's Kitchen" Sunday. The show airs at 5:30 p.m. on KHON/Fox. 
 Melt butter in pan. Add brown sugar and orange juice; stir to melt sugar. Add bananas, cut side down, Pour in liqueurs and light with a match. When flame burns out, sprinkle with cinnamon and turn banana pieces to coat. Serve bananas and sauce over ice cream.Bananas Foster2 tablespoons unsalted butter2 bananas, sliced lengthwise
 3 tablespoons brown sugar
 Juice of 1 orange
 2 tablespoons EACH orange curaçao liqueur, banana liqueur and rum
 Cinnamon, to taste
 Vanilla ice cream
 
 Strawberries, raspberries or pineapple slices or a combination of fruitsChocolate  and Fruits Flambé 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate2 tablespoons unsalted butter
 2 tablespoons EACH half-and-half, dark crème de cacao and cognac
 Vanilla ice cream
 
Melt butter in pan. Stir in chocolate and liqueurs. Light with match. When flames subside, stir to melt chocolate. Stir in cream. Serve over ice cream, surrounded by berries.
