Washington Place hosts an
Easter egg hunt and petting zoo

Lt. Gov. James "Duke" Aiona Jr., wife Vivian and the Girl Scouts of Hawaii hosted an Easter celebration for kids yesterday at Washington Place. Athena Cicogna, Julie Sakai and Amanda Lindsey took in all the festivities.

Children ages 1 to 4 were invited to participate in an Easter egg hunt. Sky-Lyn Karonis, above, collected eggs during the hunt. Other activities included face painting, an Easter hat contest and an appearance by Bungie the Clown.
