The host Menehunes led 33-18 at halftime. Hardimon finished with 16 points.
"Kaimuki made a run at us in the fourth," Moanalua coach Roy Dias said. "They're a dangerous team. We ran a box-and-one on Dalia Solia. We wanted to shut her down, but she still scored 17 points."
Solia, Kaimuki's star player, will play at the University of Hawaii in the fall.
Marleen Leautu put Moanalua ahead in the first quarter with seven points.
Moanalua is now tied with Kahuku and Kalaheo atop the Eastern Division at 2-0.
McKinley, which hosts Roosevelt today, is a half-game back at 1-0.
