RESCUE AT SAND ISLAND

RICHARD WALKER / RWALKER@STARBULLETIN.COM Firefighters removed a victim of an industrial accident at Sand Island Wastewater Treatment Plant yesterday. According to fire officials, a load of re-bar fell on the man, impaling his right arm. Firefighters cut the re-bar, leaving the portion impaling the man, to be removed at the hospital.
