Mango-oat smoothie

Soak oats in milk 1 hour.Makaha Mango Oats and Vanilla Bean Smoothie
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup 2 percent milk
2 cups mango, peeled and diced
1 vanilla bean
1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
2 cups icePlace mango pieces in a blender. Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise; scrape pulp into blender with mangos. Add yogurt, ice and soaked oats. Blend on high until well-blended.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.Taro Bread Pudding
4 cups bread, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced, cooked
1 cup taro, diced, cooked
1 cup fresh corn
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
6 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 ounces gorgonzola cheeseCombine ingredients in a pan. Bake about 30 minutes, until creamy but no longer runny.
