Masters Workout Sessions: Looking for adult swimmers of all ability levels, triathletes, and anyone else who has a desire to learn more efficient swimming techniques as shared by the U. of Hawaii Masters Coaches. Morning workouts Monday through Friday, 5:30-7 a.m., evening workouts Monday through Friday, 6-7:15 p.m., and evening workouts Monday through Thursday, 7:15-8:30 p.m., at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex. Swim With Ease 2-Day Clinics: Improve your efficiency through video analysis and stroke mechanics.
