"Electric Kitchen" airs at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, 8 p.m. Monday, 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and 5:30 p.m. Thursday on Oceanic Cable Channel 16.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spam Pizza
3/4 cup diced Maui onion
2 teaspoons salad oil or butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
6 ounces Spam, in 1/4-inch wide, 2-inch strips
1/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce
1 12-inch focaccia bread pizza shell
1-1/3 cup quattro fromage (four-cheese blend) shredded cheese
1/4 cup cooked spinach leavesSauté onion in oil or butter until lightly brown; set aside. Heat brown sugar and soy sauce in a skillet; add Spam and cook until strips are browned; set aside.
Spread barbecue sauce over pizza shell. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese; top with onions, Spam and spinach. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup cheese. Bake directly on center oven rack 8 to 10 minutes. Serves 2.
