KOJIMA/ CKOJIMA@STARBULLETIN.COM Kalid Abdalah of Piedmont, Calif., finished the Great Aloha Run in 39 minutes, 49 seconds to win the race yesterday over Malcolm Campbell of Marietta, Ga. by 34 seconds. Christian Madsen of Honolulu was the first local finisher, coming in one second behind Campbell.
