The Kaimana Klassik, a three-day Ultimate Frisbee tournament, held its second day of play yesterday at the Waimanalo Polo Field. Teammates Lori Daniels, left, Jena Kline, Heather Mitchell, Katie Gillespie, Meredith Hedges, Sara Simmons, Justine Hura, Satomi Wise and Laura Gilda cheered in a huddle before rejoining play after a break. They are members of Hotbox, a team of women from Hawaii and Seattle.

Danielle Jayewardene, of the Free Radicals team, passed around the block of Blue Kaanehe, of the Banzai Betty team. Both teams are from Hawaii. Twelve men's teams and six women's teams, with three from Hawaii, are participating overall. The tournament finals will be held today.

The most frustrated animal at the tournament was Friend, a Frisbee dog, who wanted to play with other people. Unfortunately, since all the humans were preoccupied with the tournament, no one had time to play with him.
