Dr. Christina Puchalski, professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., will give a public lecture on "The Role of Spirituality in End of Life Care" from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 27 at the Renaissance Ilikai Waikiki Hotel, Pacific Ballroom.

Puchalski is founder and director of The George Washington Institute for Spirituality and Health and assistant professor in the departments of Medicine and Health Care Sciences at The George Washington University School of Medicine.

Hospice Hawaii is hosting the free lecture with sponsorship of Pfizer pharmaceutical company.

On-site parking is available on Hobron Street above the Red Lobster for $3 with validation.
