DEAN SENSUI / DSENSUI@STARBULLETIN.COM Yellow hibiscus is one of about a dozen different Hawaiian plants featured in the newly established garden just outside of Moanalua High School's library. The garden, dedicated yesterday, is named Ka Mala Pua Nani, which means "beautiful garden."
