Look who’s watching Hu
It's old news to Hawaii fans that ever since Kelly Hu became the first Asian-American crowned Miss Teen USA, she was one to watch. Now that the rest of the world's catching on, E! Online just dubbed the island-girl-turned-Hollywood-hottie one of 2003's sizzling 16 to keep your eyes on.

Hu, who turns 36 next Thursday, is the senior of the 16. The co-star of "Scorpion King" told E! online: "I moved to L.A. at the time when every agency needed a token Asian client. Being Asian has helped and hindered my career. There are fewer roles for Asians, but there's a lot less competition for said roles."
She also shared her dream of becoming a stay-at-home, soccer mom who "watches HGTV and does crafts."
After raking in the big bucks and basking in the spotlight, of course.
