Roy Morgan Axford Jr., 75, of Wailea, Maui, a Metal Finishing Co. owner, died Sunday at home. He was born in Santa Monica, Calif. Michael Andrew Evans, 87, of Holualoa, Hawaii, a retired service engineer for Preferred Mechanical Services in Van Nuys, Calif., died Friday in Kona Community Hospital. Ann Chiyoko Yoneda Haraguchi, 95, of Kaneohe, a retired Brigham Young University-Provo campus cook, died Monday.
