Seichi "George" Asato, 76, of Waianae, a retired Naval Ammunition Depot employee and a retired Tamura's Supermarket employee, died last Thursday in Leahi Hospital. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Kimie "Lillian"; daughters Lorene Matsumura and Debra, Lila A. and Donalyn Asato; brother Eustace; sisters Beatrice Nakamura and Lois Iseri; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Barbara Helen Boshma, 74, of Kihei, Maui, a homemaker, died Dec. 26 in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Cambridge, Mass. She is survived by sons Joseph Rogers and Robert Rios Jr., daughters Sharon Badgery and Marsha Gallant, brother Robert Paul, sister Margaret Smith, 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Baltazar Villaruz Calixterio, 78, of Waipahu, a retired Outrigger Waikiki Hotel bartender, died Dec. 10 in Kapiolani Medical Center, Pali Momi. He was born in the Philippines. Emil "Imu" James Cruz, 63, of Honolulu died Dec. 14 at home. He is also survived by hanai parents Charles and Charlotte Anderson and hanai sisters Charmaine Anderson and Charlene "Lani" Fernandez. The mortuary provided additional information for an obituary published Dec. 25.

Arthur Hideki Higashide, 60, of Honolulu, a self-employed Realtor doing business as Principal Properties Inc., died Dec. 14 in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in Peru. He is survived by wife Marilyn; daughter Miki; brothers Carlos, Richard and Mark; and sisters Elsa and Irma Kudo, Martha Shigio and Deanna Aspengren. Private services.

Cecil Joseph "Joe" Lambert, 57, of Kaimuki, founder of Joe's Design and a U.S. Army veteran, died May 4 in Las Vegas. He was born in Georgia. He is survived by wife CyCy, sons Robbie and Keoni, brother Stephen, parents Nani and Papa's Ohana and one grandchild. Services: 1 p.m. tomorrow at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Christina Hirome Shibuya, 61, of Honolulu, a Hawaii National Bank accounting clerk, died Dec. 26 in Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by father Katsuji Shibuya, mother Mary Choy, brothers Dr. Francis and Thomas and sister Patti Igawa. Services: 6 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Call after 5 p.m. Casual attire. Severino Ramones Yanos, 86, of Waipahu died Sunday in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by son Clemente, daughters Brigida Torres and Mena De Peralta, brother Jose, sister Felipa Respicio, nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchildren. Mass: 7 p.m. Monday at St. John the Baptist Church. Call after 6 p.m. Burial to be held in the Philippines at a later date.
