SANTA MAKES HIS STOP IN THE ISLES

DENNIS ODA / DODA@STARBULLETIN.COM Santa made his way through the crowd yesterday at the Halekulani Hotel in Waikiki after arriving by outrigger canoe. The person who played Santa is actually a guest, Jean DiCicco, who started growing his beard in June in preparation for his role. He said he has visited the Halekulani 30 times as a guest and was happy to play Santa this time around.
