Kailua defensive lineman Vili Fonokalafi was the East's defensive player of the game.
Butcher finished with five receptions for 232 yards.
"All the credit goes to (George)," Butcher said. "He threw it and I just caught it. He threw the ball right on the money. I didn't have to do much."
Nanakuli running back Ikaika Asinsin was the West's top offensive player, rushing for 40 yards on nine carries and passing for the team's lone score.
Kamehameha defensive lineman Nikolas Soo was the West's defensive player of the game and Mililani defensive back Clint Blackman intercepted two passes for the West.
"It was good fun," Asinsin said. "It was a good experience, and I just thank (Aiea and West head coach Wendell) Say for picking me and giving me a chance to play in this game."

West All-Star Joshua Perez of Leilehua tried to dodge East All-Star Jacob Ramos during this run.
The East's first three touchdowns came on basically the same play, as Butcher ran a simple streak down the right sideline and George hit him in stride each time for two scores of 57 yards and another for 83.
"The plays we had were wide open, so it was easy," George said. "It was just a streak and the corners were sitting, so all I had to do was throw it and he was there."
The West opened up the playbook to take a 7-0 lead in the first quarter. Asinsin took a pitch on the right side, pulled up and tossed a perfect spiral to Campbell's Alii Basham for a 21-yard touchdown pass.
"I was telling (the coaches) I was going to bust out the Timmy Chang," Asinsin said. "We were practicing it these two weeks and it worked out. I used to be a quarterback before I gained about 80 pounds."
The East tied it quickly on George's first strike to Butcher and took the lead on the 83-yarder in the first quarter.
They opened the second half by connecting for their third score of the night. George tried to run for the East's last score in the fourth quarter, but he was nailed just short of the goal line and fumbled. Kaimuki offensive lineman Raymond Taumalolo fell on the ball in the end zone for a touchdown.
"Not used to running," George said. "At St. Louis, I didn't have that option."
Kaimuki and East head coach Ronald Oyama said he was happy to be a part of the game.
"The best part about this was talking to the boys personally, getting to know them and just listening to what they have to say," Oyama said. "That's why I love coaching these games."
