Luminarium Walk through a wonderland of color, light, sound and architectural form with a trip through the Kraft Luminarium, a monumental PVC labyrinth that will be open on the grounds of Bishop Museum tomorrow through Jan. 5. Created by the UK-based Architects of Air, the Luminarium is being brought to Hawaii for the first time by Tim Bostock Productions as a walk-through cathedral of wondrous columns and bright passageways that allow visitors of all ages to sit down or lie inside the pods to immerse themselves in color.

features@starbulletin.comThe tunnels are built -- covering 12,000 square feet and 30 feet high -- to give adults plenty of headroom. It is also built to be accessible to anyone, including the elderly and those in wheelchairs.
