Florentino "Primo" D. Balisbisana, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Tripler Army Medical Center electrician, died Nov. 21 in Honolulu. He was born in Eleele, Kauai. Poinciana C. Batula, 88, a retired Aloha Surf Hotel employee, died Nov. 24 in Kapolei. She was born in San Fernando, Cebu, the Philippines. Ronald K. Beers Sr., 74, of Kailua, a retired Castle & Cooke Inc. director of benefits, died Wednesday. He was born in Honolulu.
