Warren H. Deal, 86, of Kalaoa, Hawaii, a retired Graphic Arts Publishing Co. chairman and chief executive officer and a retired LDV Investment chairman in Portland, Ore., died Monday at home. He also was a former Printing Industry of America president. He was born in Hornbrook, Calif.
