The project is needed to replace the existing culvert and bridge structure to help alleviate flooding problems in the area, according to the state. Temporary bypass roads and road improvements will also be part of the construction.
The meeting will be held at the Kahuku Village Association Community Center, at 56-576 Kamehameha Hwy.
