Workers from the state Department of Transportation plan to close several lanes today for various projects along Kalanianaole, Pali and Likelike highways. Projects constrict Oahu streets

Lane closures on Kalanianaole Highway will occur today through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
>> A Koko Head-bound lane along Kalanianaole Highway will be closed between the H-1 freeway and West Hind Drive for surveying, pavement striping and guardrail installation work.
>> The left lane of Kalanianaole Highway in the Honolulu-bound direction will also be closed at Wailupe Circle to extend the left-lane storage lane.
Motorists will be allowed to turn left onto Wailupe Circle from Kalanianaole Highway during the closure.
Workers will also close a lane along Pali Highway near Castle Junction today through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. to install utility lines and guardrails.
Lane closures on Likelike Highway will occur today through Friday.
>> One lane of Likelike Highway will be closed in the Honolulu-bound direction from near Valley View Drive to the pedestrian overpass at Kula Kolea Drive from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for construction of retaining walls.
>> One lane of Likelike Highway will be closed in the Kaneohe-bound direction from Nalanieha Street to Valley View Drive from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for slope stabilization work.
>> One lane of Likelike Highway will be closed in either the Kaneohe-bound or Honolulu-bound direction between Valley View Drive and the Burmeister Overpass from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for pavement re-striping work.
Motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time.
