Pink tickets go
on sale Saturday
FRESH OFF her first mainland U.S. tour as a headliner, national recording artist Pink will visit Honolulu next month for a concert at the Blaisdell Arena. Tickets go on sale Saturday morning at 10 a.m. for the Dec. 18 show and will be available at the Blaisdell box office, along with all TicketPlus locations.
Although she's gotten rid of the brightly-dyed hair and her lyrics aren't the same sugary pop offerings that originally brought her fame in 2000, Pink's popularity has grown since releasing her sophomore effort last year. "M!ssundaztood" is now certified triple-platinum, and songs like "Don't Let Me Get Me" and the new single "Family Portrait" show a darker, more personal side to the 23-year-old Pennsylvania native. San Diego punk-pop band Lucky 7 will also make the trip in December to open for Pink. Call 526-4400 to order tickets by phone ...
