The Disability and Communication Access Board is asking people with disabilities who have had difficulty obtaining Hawaii State driver licenses to participate in a study to identify problems with the process.

Anyone who is interested can contact the state agency's office for a survey questionnaire by Nov. 8. Phone numbers are:
