Mamoru Igarashi, also known as "Mike" and "Mamo," 67, of Honolulu, a retired cameraman and stage manager for KHON-TV Channel 2, died Oct. 12 in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Shirley; sons Clayton, Clyde and Cy; daughter Tammy Steinbauer; brothers Minoru and Robert; sisters Michi Kusano, Kikue Kitabata, Norma Taguchi, Nelsie Yamane and Nobuko Miyakawa; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Francisco "Frank" C. Oliveros, 93, of Honolulu, a retired longshoreman for Castle and Cooke Terminals, died Oct. 13 in St. Francis Medical Center. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Pelagia "Fely," sons Francis "Frank" and Leroy, daughter Rose M. "Marie" Aquino, stepsons Edwin and Richard Madayag, 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
