Luis Alcantra Butay Sr., 78, of Honolulu died Sept. 26 in St. Francis Medical Center. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Crispina; son Luis M. Andres Santos Gonzales, 90, of Honolulu, a retired iron worker for Western Iron Work and Hawaii State Steel, died Oct. 4 in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in the Philippines. Masako Hioki, 91, of Waianae died Oct. 4. Charles Jeff Kinsey, 62, of Kailua-Kona died Sept. 30 in Kona Community Hospital. He is also survived by daughter Maile. Her name was omitted from an obituary published Oct. 4.

Caren Lee Kodama, 49, of Honolulu died Oct. 6 in Kapiolani Medical Center, Pali Momi. She was born in Honolulu.
