Almost new on CD
We mentioned in our "New on CD" column Tuesday that the Ramones tribute album, "We're a Happy Family," has been released. Unfortunately the release date has been moved to Dec. 24. So much for Christmas gift-giving, unless you're the last-minute sort of buyer.

There will be picture books, easy readers, young-adult novels and nonfiction. Proceeds will help pay for the Biennial Conference on Literature and Hawaii's Children.
