Any player.
Chances are he's going to be here for this week's $1.5 million Turtle Bay Championship at the Palmer Course of the Turtle Bay Resorts.
Hale Irwin?
He'll be here.
So, too, will be Bruce Fleisher.
And if you add such notables as Bob Gilder, Jim Thorpe, Dana Quigley, Bobby Wadkins, Allen Doyle, John Jacobs, Hubert Green, Don Pooley, Isao Aoki, Gary McCord and J.C. Snead, the 54-hole tournament that starts Friday looks to be up for grabs.
The favorite, however, has to be Irwin.
Since joining the senior circuit in 1995, Irwin has won 35 titles -- including the Seniors Championship and U.S. Senior Open. He leads the tour's money list with $2,604,041 and combined with his winnings on the PGA Tour, Irwin has pocketed more than $8 million.
Last year, Irwin held off a fast charging Jacobs to finish with an 11-under 205 and a three-stroke victory.
The win was No. 32 for Irwin and worth $225,000.
Tickets are $10 per day or $20 for a three-day pass.
