FRIGATE OPEN TO PUBLIC

Ensign Brice Perray took in the view from the bridge of the French Frigate Prairial yesterday. The 83-meter-long ship, manned by a crew of 89, is open for public tours from 2 to 5 p.m. today and tomorrow at Aloha Tower Marketplace. Children under 6 years old will not be allowed on board.
